Lindsay has been serving patients with pelvic health and orthopedic issues since 2015 and is pleased to be a part of the GoodLife Physical Therapy team. Lindsay strives to treat the root cause of pain and dysfunction using an integrated approach with movement, manual therapy, dry needling, and patient education. She believes that the body has an intrinsic ability to heal with the right regimen. She values building a therapeutic partnership with her patients where together, they create lasting change.

She is one of the top pelvic health physical therapists in the nation, having achieved the prestigious title of “Board-Certified Physical Therapist in Women’s Health” (WCS) from the APTA, our national professional organization. She earned an additional certification of “Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification” (PRPC) through Herman & Wallace, indicating her dedication to treating all genders and ages with pelvic health dysfunction.

Lindsay received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Long Island University – Brooklyn, where she gained diverse experience in rehabilitation. She received her bachelor’s degree from Loyola University – Chicago with a double major in Psychology and Human Services, which developed her personal mission of serving others and the greater community. She continues to strive toward impacting the lives of her patients every day. Lindsay is also a national course instructor and content developer for rehabilitation professionals, where she teaches courses on prenatal, post-partum, and pelvic pain conditions.

In her personal time, Lindsay enjoys experiencing nature and has a goal of hiking through all of America’s National Parks. Her favorite season is the winter and she cross country skis as often as the snow fall allows. She loves spending time with her husband, son, and pet chihuahua (Artemis). You can also find Lindsay experimenting with cooking vegan and gluten free meals to share with family and friends.
