"I work midnights and try to get as much sleep possible. At one point, I woke up before going to work and my neck was hurting. I had a pinched nerve in my neck. Talk about lack of sleep...I would wake up after an hour and my neck was in pain. So I ended up sleeping in a recliner and managed to get some sleep that way I had a heck of a time looking over my shoulder for cars in the next lane, but managed not to get in a accident. At one point. i had to see my primary doctor for other issues and i told him of my situation. He directed me to GoodLife Rehab. I met Mickey in Evergreen Park. He showed me different exercises to do. We would work on these every session and each visit could see progress every visit . Of course i was doing this at home as well which really helped My first visit, my neck was moving up to 18 degrees. I was that stiff and in that much pain By the last session, I was almost at 80 degrees. The sessions really helped and thanks to Mickey guiding me the right way to some painless sleep and laying on my bed again."
